Two of the six API 610 VS4 pumps are pour point depressant pumps which may be 18m in length and the opposite four are methanol lift pumps which may be 10m long.
All of the pumps have PT100 temperature sensors which have been designed and constructed alongside the size of the pumps to observe the temperature of each bearing individually.
The 18m lengthy pumps incorporate a supporting system of brackets that Amarinth has designed which attaches every pump to its tank during set up making certain that as the pump is lowered into the tank it stays completely aligned, reducing vibration and wear during operation.
Once assembled, the pumps were independently witness tested and licensed by DNV at Amarinth’s facility in Rendlesham, UK. The pumps had been then disassembled into 3m segments and shipped to Singapore where the FPSO (floating manufacturing storage and offloading unit) is being built.
The pump delivery and installation needed to align with the FPSO build schedule. Because of ราคาเกจวัดแรงดัน of the pumps, they needed to be put in into the vessel’s tanks through the deck earlier than one other deck above the pumps could probably be constructed. The first section was completed efficiently over the Christmas interval with Amarinth’s Engineering Commissioning staff supporting the customer with the installation and commissioning.
The FPSO shall be positioned within the KG-DWN 98/2 field, approximately 22 km off the east coast of Kakinada, India. The vessel is designed to supply up to 90 000 barrels of oil per day (BOPD) and have a 1.3-million-barrel storage facility. It will be outfitted to deal with the monsoon circumstances prevalent on the subject.
