KSB unveils pressure booster system for water provide

เพรสเชอร์เกจnuovafima has launched its new ready-to-connect strain booster systems for the Delta Macro kind sequence, that are models that function totally automatically and are geared up with between two and six Movitec high-efficiency centrifugal pumps.

The new systems are designed for large flow charges with a maximum move price per system of 960 m3/h and the maximum pump head is 160 m as standard.
The first pump is started by a strain drop in the piping when a consumer set up is opened. The systems’ microprocessor control unit (Booster Command Pro+) begins and stops the pumps according to demand utilizing either cascade management for the F variant or a frequency inverter for speed control for the VC and SVP.
When water consumption stops, all pumps are ramped down one after the other as quickly as the stop pressure has been reached. เกจวัดแรงดันแบบแห้ง ensures that the individual pumps operate only according to actual demand. If a pump has not been operated for over 24 hours, the microprocessor control unit initiates a take a look at run for this pump. Should lack of water happen in the inlet, the system stops routinely to stop injury brought on by dry working.
A Modbus RTU interface facilitates connection to exterior communication devices. For transmitting warnings or alerts to a higher-level control station, the standard configuration has two volt-free contacts on terminals in addition to other optional sign terminals.
The stress booster systems may be linked to the KSB Delta FlowManager app which shows the present status of the pumps, the pressures on the suction and discharge side, and the programmed parameters. The SVP version is fitted with high-efficiency IE5 synchronous reluctance motors of the Supreme kind sequence and the PumpDrive variable speed system. The F and VC variants are equipped with IE3 motors.
