Trillium Flow Technologies is shopping for Termomeccanica Pompe SpA, the Italian engineered pump manufacturing firm that serves the power, desalination, water transmission and oil and gas markets.
The two corporations have signed a joint agreement that may bring the Termomeccanica Pompe, Gabbioneta Pumps and Begemann manufacturers collectively under the Trillium umbrella in Italy.
When the deal closes, La Spezia-based Termomeccanica will focus on developing the ecological and gasoline compression sectors, the place its subsidiaries TME and TMIC operate.
