Both companies specialise in applied sciences for mechanical cleaning and therapy of wastewater.
“Thanks to the acquisitions, we will supply our clients a fair wider range of options,” mentioned Oliver Hermes, president and CEO of the Wilo Group. “We are constantly following our strategic growth from an professional for heating applications to a holistic options provider for all applications in the transport, use and therapy of water and wastewater.”
The two firms might be built-in into Wilo’s Water Treatment Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
However, FSM Frankenberger and WSM Walower stay independent and can continue to be run by native managers.
“Wilo’s market and application expertise and the two companies’ special options are the perfect mixture to use new alternatives in existing business segments and collectively develop new markets,” mentioned Dr Patrick Niehr, a member of the executive board and chief change officer of the Wilo Group.
