A twenty-fold improve in manufacturing was the goal of the Croatian automobile cosmetics company Alfa Car. To obtain this, the whole production cycle, housed in a brand new production plant, was automated. Festo supplied a complete solution for more than 200 process valves – including venture administration.
A variety of different products together with water, alcohol, glycerine, surfactants, oleic and acetic acids, sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide are saved, transported, blended and bottled for the production of car cosmetic merchandise.
